Carroll is an accomplished harpist and has been playing for weddings and other special events for many years.  She has also played for venues such as receptions, dinners, club meetings, worship services, orchestras, symphonies, sacred concerts, Christmas events, and accompaniments, to name a few.  She is a founding member of the Blue Ridge Harp Ensemble, which is composed of four concert grand harps. She also teaches the harp to those who want to learn the skill of how to play this beautiful instrument.

She has played for well known personalities such as Betty White and Elizabeth Dole and even accompanied a singing group in Carnegie Hall.
